Store Admin Department Manager

Work for one of the most loved retailers as a Retail Store Admin Manager in Durban area. You will be responsible for driving store profitability and compliance through the management of finance, stock, systems and HR Administration.


  • Manage and analyze costs
  • Manage and plan HR Administration processes
  • Minimize risk through process compliance
  • Manage shrinkage and implement key in-store processes
  • Adhere to store processes
  • Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHASA) and legal requirements (including hygiene audits)
  • Lead, develop and retain staff

Job Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Between 2-3 years of relevant managerial experience as Store Admin Manager
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Driver’s license
