E-Learning Digital Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization in the delivery and management of programmes by developing eLearning content, products, and service offerings around LEAP’s core themes for dissemination through our e-Learning and technology channels.
  • Manage the product development and learning management system of the organization.
  • Develop the instructional design for the organization’s digital courses.
  • Market and promote LEAP Africa’s digital courses, develop quality proposals for digital activities and initiatives; Identify and engage sponsors and technology partners to support the organization’s digital initiatives.
  • Use creativity and innovation to create and refine eLearning training tools and assets.
  • Research on, author and edit LEAP digital-related materials and articles and editorials.
  • Engage in other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Competencies (Skills/Abilities & Behaviour)

  • Background in digital services
  • Technology savvy and able to adapt tech tools to create innovative services and products
  • Interest in creating digital/e-Learning experiences.
  • Good writing and conceptualization skills
  • Proficiency in the G-Suite, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Mastercard Foundation Scholar Award letter  or letter of attestation from your  Mastercard Foundation Program Manager at the institution that awarded you the Scholarship. Secondary Scholars who studied in non-Scholars Program partner universities can apply with the award letter they received from their Secondary Education NGO ( Equity, CAMFED, BRAC and FAWE)
  • Copy of ID / Passport proving your citizenship or eligibility to work in the country
  • Copy of Highest Education Certificate/Qualification

Duration & Additional information

  • 6x Months Internship Program ONLY, the host organization reserve the right to extend the internship or convert it to a job based on performance and identified need. No full time jobs are guaranteed
